This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Brush of Leavesden in the Parish of Watford in the County of Hartford Widow
I give to my niece Mary Ann Burrows the sum of ten pounds
I give to my sister in law Susannah Green the sum of ten pounds
I give to Thomas Martin Brush the sum of ten pounds and I give to Elizabeth Brush the sum of ten pounds the son and daughter of my nephew Isaac Brush now residing with me at Leavesden
and the rest and residue of my real and personal estate I leave to my nephew Isaac Brush aforesaid his heirs and assigns absolutly
and I appoint the said Isaac Brush executor of this my will
as witness my hand this twenty third day of October one thousand eight hundredand fifty five - Elizebt [sic] Brush -
Signed and delivered by the above named testatrix as [ ?? ] last will and testament in the presence of us and at the same time in her presence have hereunto set our names as witnesses - Jonathan King Watford Herts Gent - Joseph Gutteridge Smith Hamper Mills Watford Herts
Proved at London the 13th Feb.y. 1857 before the worshipful [??? ] Thomas [Pratt] Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Isaac Brush the nephew the sole executor to whom admin was granted having sworn duly to administer
