There is also a marriage of Ann BRUSH, FWB62 d of William FWB 53 who marries in Purton in 1788. Purton is between Brinkworth and Swindon. It seems possible that the three children went to Mary's family somewhere north of Swindon. There are certainly Cove or Cave entries around there including Highworth and Purton. In the Deed by Richard Brush of 1748, Henry COVE, who seems likely to have been Mary's father, was described as of Fairford. Some of the property involved was at Ashton Keynes. Uncles/cousins John had moved to Chedworth and his son William to Ampney Crucis.
